A factory-controlled premix based on
vermiculite and Portland cement, commonly used for protection against hydrocarbon fires in the marine and oil & gas industries.
This is a mildly elastomeric coating system that incorporates solar reflective properties with an easy to clean surface designed to increase the energy saving properties of any coating. It can be applied as a protective top coating over existing emulsion paint. When used with HL470 or Tex-10, it enhances the solar reflectance, hairline crack tolerance and reduces the cost for recoating the entire coating system after the warranty period.
A SFRM based on mineral wool and inorganic binders, used as thermal insulation on steel decks and concrete. It has an average density of 150kg/m3 with a perfect noise reduction coefficient of 0.75.
Tex-10 is a thermal insulating textured coating to be applied in conjunction with HL470 or Sunflex systems. It provides the flexibility to allow creativity with the architectural textured finishes, while maintaining the energy saving function of the coating system.
A hybrid silane coating system that was developed in early 2000, formulated as a high performance coating that minimises the weakness in traditional emulsion and inorganic mineral coatings, while retaining their strengths. It is widely used in the Asia Pacific region and Europe. The product won an innovative coating award in Belgium where the manufacturer is based.
A very lightweight factory-controlled premix based on a mixture of vitrified alumino-silicate and cement binders designed for internal use. With high sound absorption properties suitable for application on steel and concrete frames, coffered or flat concrete soffits and metal decks etc.
